Prep and Cook: put all ingredients into a slow-cooker, stir, heat on low until cheese is melted stirring occasionally
Serving Ideas:
•Put out as an appetizer or party dish with Tostito or Frito Scoops chips
•Chill in fridge overnight, then serve like a cheese ball with garlic bagel crisps or your favorite cracker
•Roll dip inside soft corn tortillas to make enchiladas, place in baking dish, cover with green taco sauce and shredded cheese (we use Monterey Jack) then bake at 3500 until cheese is melted
•Butter 2 slices of your favorite bread, add dip and Pepper Jack cheese, cook like any other grilled cheese
