Maple Fire Dixie Bird

Sweet and Spicy Chicken Breast Deliciously Coated with our very own Andor Peppers™ Spicy Maple Syrup and Cheat River Cajun Blend


Ingredients:

 

2 lbs boneless / skinless chicken thighs (cubed)

½ cup Andor PeppersTM Spicy Maple Syrup

2 TBS Andor PeppersTM  Cheat River Cajun Blend

2 TBS cornstarch

1/3rd cup Fireball Whiskey

2 TBS canola oil

2 TBS minced garlic


Preparation:

  1. Combine cornstarch and Cheat River Cajun in bowl with tight fitting lid – add cubed chicken and shake until chicken is covered

  2. Heat canola oil in large skillet over med-high heat – add coated chicken, cook for 2 minutes then stir gently, cook 2 additional minutes

  3. Add Fireball, Spicy Maple Syrup, and minced garlic – stirring gently until sauce thickens

  4. Serve over rice with parsley or chopped green onion as garnish
